You missed some. Running out of time at the "Shoot/Transfer/Stand Up" bit is actually an option. I believe if you convert the androids Deviant Conner winks and tells Machine Connor that he failed, Machine Connor then shoots him in the head and the scene from 5:44 plays out.

Androids have robot organs, you can see it on the mission where Marcus repairs himself. They still breath to stay functioning, Conner can hyperventilate when he gets scared, like when he kills Simon in Stratford tower
One of the biggest question I had about this game is, if an Android becomes deviant can it still be loyal to its master? Also what would happen if Deviant Connor was able to convert the other Connor how would the outcome play? Would the new Deviant Connor still try to kill Hank and Connor or completely ignore it’s orders?
When Markus goes back to Carl's house if Carl didn't die earlier on, Markus converts the android looking after Carl but the android stays with Carl because Carl treats him so well :) ngl I'm curious about your other questions though

And maybe new Connor was a deviant aswell, since he showed signs of emotions (the freak out, the slight trembling when he was about to finish Connor during the "Any last words Connor" scene), but Cyberlife made new Connor loyal to Cyberlife. Also, new Connor shot Connor in that other ending (the "He liked you that´s what killed him" ending) way more often than necessary, implying emotions or at least sadism.
If Markus fails his demonstration or revolution then Connor's mission will act like a plan B(if succeeds) to win 'The Battle of Detroit' for the deviants.But if Markus succeeds, the deviants will win by default and Connor's mission will have no affect on him.So basically Connor fails + Markus fails = deviants lose.But if one of them succeeds then the deviants will win.But there's no way for deviant Connor to save Markus if he dies and vice versa. Btw sorry for the late response ;)
