The money was already allocated and the project has to be bigger than that unfortunately the statistics shows that the budget spent is all most 3quaters yet they have not reached even halfway of that work!!!

But there is very little progress on that road, whats happening? Every time I come to Uganda its the same same thing nothing new constructed.

They have to give the surface time to settle and this can be done according to the environment and season like if it rain in certain time and area.
