Definitely partly luck because Trickstar is awful but mostly because Sam just stays regardless of how the games going. A lot of people misplay then scoop because they don't want to play past turn 2 or just assume their dead even if their opponent has no followup.
Trickstar really needs a better link 4 and a fusion that actually does something on the opponents turn.. I'm not sure why they have so many locks and cards that conflict with their own archetype.
