Ran them through some of my sibilance/harshness tracks and they ride them better than anything I've owned (admittedly I haven't bought any IEMs in last 5 years), and the bass is satisfying. @@PrimeAudioReviews How do they stack up to the moondrop KATO? In my place the OH10 costs about 40usd more than the KATO. Is the price difference worth it? 🤔
I tried these out at the store and found them little gems - solid build, very nice packaging and a bold and robust bassy sound (im a basshead!). I love it when manufacturers tune their products for different tastes as not everyone wants a neutral flat sound signature. These are really worth it for the price you're paying as you're definitely getting your money's worth. But in the end I got the Campfire Audio Mammoth instead as it has distinctly better mid/highs to go along with the bass emphasis.
@@fioreinforma-pilates-bisceglie Yes that's why I think the OH10s are gems and value for money; i preferred the sound of the Mammoth but they are not 3 times better. I was deciding between the Thieaudio Monarch, Excalibur and Mammoth when I also got a chance to hear the OH10s. I may just pick one up during a sale in future solely for retro 80s pop/rock whereas the Mammoth is my generic all-genres IEM.
I really love that iem. The inmersive sound, clean mids, safe highs... And the excellent bass and sub bass. For me better than Timeless. Could you recommend, please, other iem similar but better (if it's possible) under 400€? In other words. Could you make a comparison between Raptgo Hook?
I answered this on my phone but it seems something went wrong. Hook X is more balanced, mids are more forward. It doesn't dig as deep in the bass but the bass is faster and tighter. Overall resolution goes to the Hook X. OH10 has a slightly wider soundstage.
thansk for review, i am happy to see that oh10 is reviewed as it was my on the go favorite iems long time. And it is really good tuned for music listening and enjoyment. I feel it has high musicality. Only when i got fh3 i fell in love and oh10 became my second favorite in this price category. FH3 i feel have higher level tecnicalities and more neutral than oh10 with better extended treble and this fits many music i listen. But where pure musicality and forgiving sound is needed - then oh10 is my choise. So for usual listening and with not so high sources oh10 is unbeatable. So both are really amazing for what they give and how they sound. Recommend both to try to someone who thinks what to get at this price and i know there will be much happy listening. :)
FH3 has got more growl in the sub-bass and slightly more midrange body. Treble is more upfront on FH3 too. I'd say OH10 if you find FH3 treble is too much or want a more neutral mids. Not sure if OH10 bass is fast enough for metal music (I don't listen to much metal except Katatonia, Opeth).
Using both long time so can say that they are somehow similar, they are both great sounding and i think they are the best in this price category. I feel fh3 is a little bit more technical with really amazing tuning. And fits more to warmer sources as it is less warm than oh10. So oh 10 with warm sources can be too much. It is tuned to be more musical so not so truth to the source but both aren't flat sounding. They both fun sounding only oh10 is tuned even more fun thant FH3.
