I just wanted to thank you so much for your video I recently purchased this bike and I was having such a difficult time trying to actually figure out how to simply and easily unfold and fold the bike. Your video is extremely helpful and once I get a chance to enjoy riding the bike a little bit I'm definitely going to post a video about my experiences.

Love your video as it covers everything! One problem for me is getting the plug in the little hole for the first time. I see, you kinda struggled too! Is it really that hard?

Good day, Just got our bikes today and set up mine. I noticed there is a bit of an alignment issue with the handlebars and front wheel. Can you advise on how to align the front wheel and handlebar?

Everything was fine until it was time to slide the battery out. The key pulled the pin in, but the battery won't budge. I tried charging the battery while in the bike, but all I got was a green light and a dead battery.
Hi! Please refer to your user manual for detailed instructions on removing the battery. Also, make sure the charger and battery connections are secure, as poor contact can cause charging issues.
