Wheres the tamarind? And you should have boiled the chicken first to get the impurities out.

Umm, maybe the case.
In my 6 years of being here in Thailand, have never seen anyone boil the chicken first.
Only an observation and obviously not a dietician or Chef.
Just enjoy the food.
