Wardens make comebacks often because Warden early-war kit (early-war infantry stuff like base rifles, and early war vehicles like ACs) tend to lose out in the shorter-ranged, fast-paced infantry assaults that characterize early war battles. Wardens tend to do better the longer a war drags out, as they unlock more vehicles and weapons to mitigate their early weaknesses. Likewise, Collies seem to have an aversion to building and *maintaining* back-up defensive BBs as they are very much all-in for offense. When their offensive stalls, they often cannibalize their mid-line defenses and it tells once the Wardens breakout from the initial frontline.

I think an issue was the collies just didnt capitalize on anything and moth balled their navy all war
