Hi bro, Can you please explain my stock market basics doubts, Example: TCS releasing IPO of 100 share. After releasing 100 shares, TCS not involved of 100 shares. Ramu - 50 share bought @ Rs.100 Somu - 50 share bought @ Rs.100 Ramu - selling it for Rs.3000 Somu - selling it for Rs.3000 Doubt -1: How to check Rs.3000 is correct buy value? Doubt-2: When ramu and somu together sold entire 100 share to hari and giri. how TCS share is dropping down to Rs.2000 ? Doubt-3: Buy value (when market crash or 10 to 20% drop, we can buy) Sell value - how to predict?, like 20% profit or 30% profit is enough nu we have to exit ? Doubt-4 : Share price fixing is same like selling fish in fish market??,, only people fix the share price according to particular company behavior??
Understood that price is based on market demand 1.After IPO if the company has no relation to the shares why there is a demand to hold the shares by the retail investors.(Means company has raised money and moving with raised IPO money .They dont get any benefit in raised price of share) 2.Will the book value remain Same as IPO price?

Hello Nanba How to check EPS & PE ratio before buying stock, Please post full video on which will be very helpful for our long term investment thanks Nanba
Hi Bro., Thanks for educating us., can you pls clarify on the amount raised during ipo., will the entire amount raised during ipo will go to company solely or is the amount collected from ipo goes to the existing shareholders like promotors or venture capitalists ?
During an IPO, the money raised is usually split between the company and existing shareholders. The company gets funds for its needs, while existing shareholders, like founders and investors, sell their shares to the public to realize gains.
But it's a very underrated fundamental concept. Namma secondary market la vaangra share ku kodutha kasu andha company ku pogadhu. Adhu nama kita vitha seller ku dhan pogum. IPO la dhan, investors kodukra kasu company ku pogum. Adhuku aprm there is no money in-flow to the company. Only out flow in terms of dividends and other things. Then why price changes? Because people's sentiment changes and so the price. Future la nala perform panum nu nenacha, neraya per vaanguvanga and video la sona mari raise aagum and vice versa. You may ask, what's the relation to company earnings, asset value to it's market price. There is no direct relation and no money flow either ways. It gets affected only based on sentiments. You can only do comparisons like Price to Book, Price to Earnings to justify whether the price justifies it's Earnings or Asset value.
@Finance Boosan let's say nobody sells their stock acquired thru IPO and nobody is willing to buy as well. I know this isn't an ideal situation, but just want to get some clarification. So, in this case is there a chance for stock price to go up? Getting dividends from company is one kind of profit. Apart from that when there is nobody is ready to sell and buy, can stock price go up??

Your choice should be influenced by your risk tolerance. ELSS investments are tied to the market, meaning their returns aren't assured. However, historically, the NIFTY 50 has delivered superior long-term returns. Prior to making a decision, assess your financial objectives and your willingness to take on risk.

Companies raise capital during an IPO, after which the outstanding shares are traded in the secondary market, where an existing investors sells to another investor, and the company does not receive or provide capital thereafter.
Boosan, I have a doubt. Lets say a XYZ company announces IPO and decides to raise 1 Crore with 1,00,000 Lakh outstanding shares (INR 100/share). And it successfully raises 1 Crore. Fast forward 2 years, the company has performed well and the price of 1 share is INR 200 now. Now if all the people decide to sell all the shares (all 1,00,000 shares), will the company distribute INR 2 crore to respective shareholders?
I don't think company will buy back all the shares. There has to be a buyer no matter 1 person or everyone decides to sell. Company may buyback some limited share to raise the share price on some occasions. Not an expert. Just my opinion.
When XYZ company shareholders sell their shares in the secondary market, they need willing buyers at the current market price of INR 200 per share. Once buyers are found, shares are exchanged, with selling shareholders receiving INR 200 per share. This transaction is between shareholders and buyers, and the company doesn't receive or give additional funds on secondary market share trading, as it did during its IPO.
@@finance.boosan could you let us know then on what basis the buyer gets the profit if there is no connection between company and the buyer once the stocks are sold. Based on what the seller is willing to pay an amount for a stock. Is it purely depends on the demand and supply & market sentiment? If yes what the buyer gets after purchasing a stock? He hopes and waits until the stock price go up that purely depends upon sellers willingness to buy it?? I don't see the company's performance plays a role here
