  • Ingredients and method
    Chicken boneless chest cubes 500grams.
    Chickpea lentils 250grams soaked for 20minutes.
    Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp.
    Onion 1 medium.
    Green chillies 3.
    Red chilli powder 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
    Salt 1 and 1/2 Tsp.
    Black pepper powder 1 Tsp.
    All spice/Garam Masala 1 Tbsp.
    Water 3 and 1/2 cups.
    Cook for 10 to 15 minutes after whistle.
    If tender than dry water on high flame and mash with spatula.
    Make shapes.
    Coat with eggs .
    shallow fry serve and enjoy.
    ➡️If you want to freeze than must add egg 1 or 2 according to your mixture consistency.
    It will increase moisture and your kebabs turned will turned out so soft and you don't need to coat again again for cooking. Just freeze, in simple way, defrost in microwave for 40 seconds to 1 minute and fry .
    Serve and Enjoy........
    12 to 15 kebabs prepared from this mixture.
