The tilt arms were purchased from a Chinese online seller since they have all the bearings and screws ready to install so I don’t have to purchase them separately. You can use this www.thingiverse.com/thing:6140476, just mod it to fit the motor mount hole on the Swordfish, and get those bearings and screws

You can talk to the seller on taobao to make sure they will sent you the correct parts. I brought the left and right mounts

Nice, Looks like it flies great! I have been building a Swordfish VTOL on and off the last couple of months and i'm almost done. Can you share your tune in ardupilot for your model? I have the rear motor on the top of the tail, however i would not think it makes a huge diffrence.
I can share you my param file through email, but just keep in mind using it may cause a crash or other issues. Since our setup may be very different.

F405-VTOL, my configuration may lead you to a crash or result a bricked fc, better to setup your own

Just did the maiden with my (standard) Swordfish, only in manual mode for a beginning to test the trims and courses, all ok...but looking at the video recorded in the goggles, no OSD! I looked in the menus and didn't fine anything to configure...did I forget something?
Awesome video, you are at an other level with this VTOL!
Make sure you did the WTFOS mod if you use DJI system. Check this out ardupilot.org/plane/docs/common-msp-osd-overview-4.2.html

Ardupilot of couse. Feel free to ask anything, the OSD is WTFOS mod.
