Hey everyone, if you want to see the Hookset walkthrough sooner rather than later, please speak up! I have a lot of demos laid up to get you content through the winter but I'm definitely on board for sharing what you want to see!
They broke your way. Just amazing rings. Awesome sneak peek great video just I’m so happy for you man and I cannot wait till we collaborate and it will happen. Definitely have a great night, bro.🔥✌️🤟💯
I was pretty happy with the way the rings worked out and yes, absolutely we'll still be working on finding a way to get together and light some fuses sometime!
Thanks! You're the only one to answer that question so far. I actually had started editing it for last night but had second thoughts. Pyro Camp is snowed in and there's no driveway yet!😂 I've gotten my car in through 8" of snow but it's currently over a foot. It's rough because I got some really great stuff and I can't wait to light a few!
@@BoomStuff556 Glad you liked the demo. I'm going to be editing the complete walkthrough video this weekend. Hookset Fireworks is such a fun store to visit! The owner is super nice and there's a ton of great fireworks there! I'm pretty excited to get the video up so everyone can see all the goodies!👍
It's a great store! I'm really hankering to try out some of the goodies I picked up too. Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to wait for the snow to melt before I can get my car in the field at camp again.😕
Nice tease on the store walk through and pick up. For the Noab I felt it was okay but nothing special and the reason I felt that way was the size of the breaks. Typically when you buy a noab it’s because of the nice big breaks and with the double rings I believe the breaks were a little smaller than normal noabs. Great demo pyro
Great observation, you are correct. There were only two breaks of the nine that were really big. The first one and the seventh (the third looked okay but was at an angle so hard to tell). Interestingly enough I thought you might like this one because it seems like it would fit nicely into the middle of a show with some lower level items fired below.
Nice demo and trailer. - Thanks, Jon. Rings look great - when they break right, and the wind cooperates, and the colors work to accent the ring effect, and.... It's just all those "ands" that keep me from buying ring effects - be they single shots, can/ball kits, rockets, or noabs - and scripting them into a show. Too much of a chance for "things to go sideways". On another note - I assuming you bought some Max Loads while on pyro safari in the wilds of NH. You won't regret it. There are some really awesome cakes in that line-up to demo when the glaciers in VT retreat this coming spring.
@@dennisblazey3315 LoL, that's great! At the moment, the "glaciers" are at least 12" of snow deep and without a driveway I have my doubts I'll get my car into the field 😅. Regardless, enough other commenters sounded interested so I'm going to edit and upload the walkthrough/stash video sooner rather than later. It's just too true about the ring effects. I shot a demo for a cannister kit with two ring shells recently and they both broke perfectly. I'll be really excited when I decide to upload that one! Still, I wouldn't seek out ring effects specifically but I definitely don't mind when a few are thrown in with other stuff either 😀.
I remember being somewhat disappointed with this one when we shot it some years ago. I think I may have some video on a old VAIO laptop somewhere in the basement-but it's shot on like a .5 megapixel camera shaking all over the place-how tech has changed in 10-15 years😂. I definitely agree this needs at least a 2 shot ending, I'd also add I feel its a little quick-at least it felt that way watching, but I didn't check its actual run time from first liftoff to last break. Rockets def tend to break better with rings-stick keeps 'em lined up. Disco Ball was amazing, unbelievable, stupendous, and definitely on my list to get again with those ghost like ring/balls-for a different NOAB with ringish effect. Looking forward to seeing what you got and the walk thru. Intel is always good and appreciated. Loved Charlies spot on call of the rings and his identification of it being Ring Ring, had me laughing.
@@64squarepyro Thanks Luke. Yeah, for the cost of a NOAB, Ring Ring was a little underwhelming. I'll keep an eye out for Disco Ball though I usually only buy NOABs if they're on sale. I have a cannister kit that had two ring shells that broke really well recorded for the future. It's definitely an awesome effect when it works! I'm going to work on finishing the complete walkthrough/stash video this weekend. It was a really great trip and I'm pretty excited to put it up. Thanks again for watching and the great comment! It's definitely appreciated.

Some of the best ring effects I've seen
The rings were pretty good, but at NOAB price, I wish the breaks were bigger.

A great brand proving itself once again!
That was a cool NOAB and yes let's see the walkthrough 👍

most of the breaks were right on, I liked the double rings. That looks like a cool fireworks store

Agreed. I think every noab should have at minimum a 2 shot finale.
Yes. I think that was emphasized even more by Charlie's comment about "it should be done soon..."
