Do not send a video of you teaching unless you are absolutely sure of a few things:
1) Your state's laws regarding having media of children in a classroom shared or sometimes even for personal use
2) The school and district's policies regarding media that has students in it.
3) Just because parents signed a video license agreement with the school does not mean they signed one with you, and even if they did you are still showing video of that school so the school gets a say too.
Overall, this is a grey area and is fairly risky. My own alma mater stopped having us record videos of us teaching because the laws on this changed. Personally I would not do this, it's too risky.
