Hoping to be a Career Coach one day. Today is the first informal coaching with my first client. Came to watch the man Darnell Clarke who explains it all so well. RIP
This is priceless information🙌🏾. At the interview they’re not looking to hear that you “Can do it” but rather that you “HAVE DONE IT” before and can prove it using the STAR method. I will remember this one for my next interview. Thank you Darnell.
Hey my friend, thanks for your feedback, I really appreciate it more than you know... And I will for sure, keep them coming. The best is still yet to come! 😎😄

what's the point of applying to a new job if it's the same job description besides pay bump? video is redundant especially for people who are trying to pivot or grow their skillset
Hi, thanks for the information here on your youtube channel. How do you think one can transition between different job roles? My situation is that my experience and past is in System Admin. However in my last employment I did development work on the side, unofficially. I have no qualifications in this, just learned through the passion of doing projects in my own time at home. I then used that in this employment and it went well. Now I've moved and looking for work, I could go into sys admin but I'd like to go into dev work. Is it still suitable to use projects done in my own time as experience as well as what I've done unofficially (it was not part of the job desc) in my previous employment?
Hey Q Xavier, thanks for your feedback, I really appreciate it more than you know. Don't tell them you were fighting, just say you had a misunderstanding.

Darnell, love your information and energy. What is your opinion on facial hair for men in a Managerial Sales position?
Actually, the interviewer hires somebody who makes their job easy. It's all about the art of bedazzling the interviewer.
