Al, you are brilliant. Been looking at new wedges and now I know how I'm going to get these. My wife is going to get 3 new nail files, a 52, 56 & 60 for her birthday. I'll just use them on Saturdays.

These look amazing!! Only thing I ever question with all wedges though is on full shots can there be such a thing as too much spin? Like the shots that spun 15 feet back from the hole even though they were great shots

Just got fitted have the 52 56 60 all in 10 S and they are fantastic so much spin on full shots in to the greens. But it's when you play the ball a little back and flight it in low they just pitch and stop

I just bought one with the "X" grind. The shaft (115 Gram) is much more active and the swingweight distinctivly heavier.

So how is the "new micro" grooves different to the Cleveland zip grooves.
Getting that much backspin is just stupid (you want drop and stop to get to tucked pins).

I’m a decent player, 3 handicap... pretty good speed through the ball. Wedge play is good with my 50 and 56, but when I take full to near full shots with my lob wedge it’s chubby city... I’m a digger, quite steep, Probably why my iron play is decent. Which grind would you say is the best on a 60 for digger, but not a chopper 😉

Do you think these are more in a “traditional Roger Cleveland” style. Felt the last few years they gone very new design, but these have a feel of the old Cleveland days from what I can see on here 😁
