Love the videos. I just ordered the FMF exhaust for my TTR. Do I HAVE to jet it or will it run fine without it. I have no idea what I'm doing with jetting.
Jetting can be tricky. Depends on your altitude above sea level and average temp range in climate too. I can run stock jetting in the heat of summer, but I have winter jets too. You will likely have to go up 1 size on main and up one size on pilot as it tends to run lean after install.
Rusty Odyssey FL250 I know man, but carb tuning these things is a real pain. I just don’t want to do motor work for an extra horsepower or two and it run like shit.
So just ordered the same pipe. Also did cold start jet kit and open air box. What’s your opinion. Unfortunately can’t do the big bore kit as it’s against rules for his racing.
High compression piston.....no jetting change. You can easily drill out jets with the proper drill sizes

MMFC nope. Just swap the piston and change the gaskets
MMFC weisco is the company that makes the direct drop in piston. For my 90 at least. I would imagine they make a hi comp piston for the 110

If you big bore it don’t bother with the stock carb. Upgrade to like a 26mm mikuni and you’ll have no problems

That’s a solid setup! I brought my bike back to stock. I liked the kit, but it was a constant tuning nightmare.
Want to put one of these pipes on my kids bike. Every thing I find says it’s for a crf and klx. Do they also fit up to the ttr ???
I am not sure if they will fit if for another brand. I know FMF and Pro circuit both have TTR exhausts available though

It is the Powercore 4! I prefer the Factory 4.1 though if you can find one!
