I just got Hali today. She's way more beautiful in person imo. I was going to get WB Skyler so I can be caught up with the WB line, but I saw Hali and she was the only Pacific Coast doll that I saw.
Hali > Skyler.

I like how vibrant Hali's color is. It really stands out. I also like her hat scarf and her hair. To me, her hair looks like it's suppossed to represent huge waves.

I wasn’t going to buy her cause that photo of 90% of her head bald! Now, I’ve been talking to lots of fans the past couple days and figured out, it is a sever defect! If u buy Hali, SAVE your receipt and CHECK her scalp! Don’t want anyone waisting $30 dollars on a piece of garbage! Everyone I talked to said that she had thin hair like the cheer dolls but is definitely not supposed to be bald by any means!
I checked two of them and they both had amazing hair from what I saw
My husband and I went doll hunting yesterday and picked up Phaedra and Hali, I recently converted him into being a collector, he got the lip variant but was missing her scrunchie, I got the normal variant we absolutely love her, the review units I saw doesn't do her justice
Hali n Phaedra arrived in my Walmart in Colorado!! Nothing showing they arrived on Walmart site from store...so went n checked for Harper n Bella...no arrival of those beauties yet.

Be sure rainbow high is the name of the school and pacific coast denotes the location

Checked the one I got at Target recently and she was the one with the darker above eyeshadow. I won't take her back or anything, but it is interesting. Of course I also don't know how long she had been sitting on the shelf either.
I think she may be my least favorite. Its not that there is anything wrong with her, I just find she is less impressive then some of the others in the line. She does have a very pretty face, but I find her look is very early 2000s roxy surfer girl. Again, nothing wrong with that, just less high end inspired then the others. She does have great detail on her swim suit, shorts and everything.
Love her! I was initially into these dolls due to their fashion (to give to other 12 inch dolls) but now I love how the dolls themselves have been updated!

Well. You didn’t really take her pony out. So it’s not really fair to say her rooting is fine
It is because I can see and feel the rooting all throughout her head. As someone who always looks at rooting (why I’m always pointing it out in my videos), I can 100% say that the two that I have are perfectly fine. I can’t speak for any minimal or wide spread manufacturing problems. Not as easy to see on camera as it is in person. But she has a full head of hair. Both of the ones I have do.
