We see and hear some quite amazing large scale, scratch built, radio controlled aircraft on our travels. These aero-modellers are so dedicated to their hobby. They spend countless hours creating these big aircraft using their vast skills and knowledge of our entertainment at the shows and events we film at around the UK. Enjoy !

Absolutely stunning aircraft. Back in the day when I was flying, there was no such thing as a radial, at least not that I know of, for the planes that used them. All we could get were the giant single cylinder engines(OS Max 60 - 80 size)to power our planes. Then the scales got even larger, at least 1/3 to 1/4 scales so they needed the appropriate engine to fit the bill. When did Moki come into play. Couldn't have been all that long ago, at least in the 90s?

i would love to see a B25 or maybe even a B17 with those radial engines. that drone would sound amazing on a low slow pass. though something that scale would probably require FAA clearance to fly every time. lol
I must be the only guy on the planet that likes the P-47D better than the razorback because always the razorback that’s being flown.

Yes. Fairly sure that's what it was.
Are the Razor backs and the Corsairs scratch built?
Yes, from Zirolli plans I think.
In the name of all the saints, why do not you put a camera in the cockpit and incorporate excerpts from the pilot's point of view?

Nothing. Nothing but NOTHING sounds like a Moki radial at full chat. They may actually be better sounding than full-scale radials!
It didn't need to have a plane with the swastika on it, even if they want to be realistic, that symbol shouldn't be present.
That's the way they were snowflake, whether you like it or not.
