Odyssey developed Tri-Hot 5K with an audacious goal, to introduce a new blade putter construction that outperforms a mallet, in a classic shape that the best players on TOUR love. They moved the CG positioning forward and leveraged new materials in ways that have never been realised in a putter. Stainless steel, tungsten, and 6061 aircraft grade aluminum have all been meticulously crafted to re-invent what a blade can accomplish.
Using massive amounts of tungsten, Odyssey developed an inertia level exceeding 5000 IZZ for incredible forgiveness that’s unmatched in the blade category, all while moving the CG closer to the face. This spectacular combination promotes improved performance in speed control, spin control, speed consistency on off centre hits and a much tighter downrange dispersion that limits off-target spin.

✅ Tight Dispersion From Stainless Steel Front
Tri-Hot 5K is built to improve performance by reducing the amount of side spin on off-center hits. Odyssey achieve this through a 303 stainless steel front section that includes the hosel and face area. This material has been finish milled to exact shape and weight, helping to keep the CG forward. This keeps putts closer to the original line, with tighter dispersion, and a greater chance to go in on less-than-perfect strikes.
✅ Unprecedented Forgiveness For A Blade
Odyssey have precisely positioned massive amounts of tungsten (over 120 grams) behind the face in the toe and heel sections of the club head. We’ve moved the CG forward for improved roll, while also increasing inertia to over 5,000 IZZ. It’s a level of forgiveness that you’ve never seen before in a standard size blade putter.

Tried this putter next to the Scotty Cameron and the Bentinardi. Which were both good but a little off for me. But, the first stroke with the 5k and, l was done. By stroke 5 I was in love with this thing. After dropping 4 out of 5 20' putts. This is definitely the one for me. Smooth roll and soft off the face just can't beat the feel of this thing. It's a must have for sure.👍👍

Crazy I have the Toulon 4.5 and I wanted to love it, but just like you I hit toe-strikes once in awhile and they were funny feeling - like a whiff, and there was no energy transfer to the ball. Just ordered the 5K Wide based on this video.

Which model of tri hot do you recommend if one has good aim but is out to in on the path with slight open face? Miss would be a slight cut across the ball (push right). I’m looking at the Triple Wide as I like the blade look and struggle with big mallets.
