I think we can make daily , weekly and monthly tasks to ourself to avoid distraction and we can change our mobile to "Do not disturb mode " and "Eye comfort mode" to reduce our screen time .

Honestly very nice video, so i am taking effort to write this down work hours+office breaks =9.5hrs sleeping =7hours gym =1 hr commuting in bangalore=3hrs(dont have vehicle and dont know to ride) house chores =2.5hrs family time =1hr me time =0hrs want to learn something new = ohrs what to do?? fully packed
@@fazilmohamed2507 i think it will be not productive. But my actual problem is i dont know to ride bike or drive car. so i have to travell by bus( change 2), o it is taking that time. I know i can change that, but FEAR is my biggest enemy.

The time won't work as per your theory. 1. 6hrs sleep is below than average. A minimum of 7 hrs is required. Then only your quality sleep time would be around 5-6 hrs atleast. 2. 9 hrs work? Today most of the companies are extracting more hrs than that. And, that's the major problem in time management. 3. You haven't included the time for eating, bathing and basic daily chores. 4. If workout is included, it will need an another 1.5 hrs. People are calculating time with just numbers. There are many invisible factors through 100s of distractions today. Anyone can do in paper.
