- In this Toolin Tuesday I tool up a more traditional tattoo style piece of leatherwork. I go in depth with the stamps and tools I use. All these can be found at your local leather shop. I hope you enjoy. Leave questions in the comments.

Looking awesome! I can't wait to see it with paint and antique.
you make it look so easy
Thank you
Thanks for taking the time to narrate this as you show how you have been adding shading and cuts to this beautiful art. For someone like me that is looking at Sheridan tooling and going, "Um..yeah...maybe" this has been very insightful!!
Awesome. Im glad it has been helpful. If you are interested in getting into more tooling i posted a video a while back about some of my favorite leather books. One of them has really helped my tooling and drawing
About to start working with leather, I really enjoy watching your videos. I'm trying to learn much as I can before actually tooling.
Looks great man!
There are so many options of tooling when you throw tattoo art in the mix. I recently did a wallet with a skull and gambling theme. I don't see too many people tooling tattoo art.
It's been my favorite thing to tool for the past year or so since someone on reddit asked me to copy their tattoo. Ive since done a bunch and i feel the art style lends itself nicely to the craft.
@@ianthomas3653 I 100% agree.
Your work is absolutely good. Can you plz tell which leather do you use for most of your fine quality projects? Can you plz tell the minimum leather thickness we can go for carving overall?
Thank you. I use Hermann Oak veg tan leather for most of my work. The minimum thickness i tool on is 4-5oz.
