get a cheap pocket watch to learn first. don't be scare by video like this. and watch lots of DIY videos first before trying. no one ask you to fix a 5K watch on first try.
... but ... - either you can learn on non expensive & non-working crap ... then try on non-expensive ones (NH35 are not so hard, with parts or movement findable, HMT old once) ... it need some tools but you can find parts : learn on videos before and train first - otherwise you can ♻sell them as non working (to me ?) 😇🤣
