Still getting 50 degree weather here during the day mid 30's to mid 40 nights . Much better than we had during the holidays, low teens for a high . Gnite, Don
@@docholliday1970 , We have been getting temperatures for highs here in the mid 50's.
Average highs in January here are 41 degrees. So we have been having above normal temperatures for highs.
I will take it! Tonight we have a chance of an inch of snow but highs will be in the 50's for the weekend.

27f here in the plains of southern Colorado. Brings back memories of 1975, as a boy with a new hand held AM radio and a one piece ear plug. Listening in bed way past bed time, and running thru double a batteries so fast my mom thought the radio was broken. Little did she know it was mystery theater under the covers killing the batteries. 😉
I was 5 in 1975 .Hard to believe I'll be 53 this coming August. I have stories similar about listening under covers so as not to be detected. Or listening on camping trips. All fond memories. Thanks for sharing ,The Ice Cavalier .Until next time pleasant dreams ✌🏼
I remember being 5 on Grandma's living room floor, laying on the blue shag carpet trying to stay awake until the end
We even had them on cassettes I believe it was put out by Time

Exactly the same for me except electric radio and going to sleep with it on my chest. Great memories.

Listening this evening from Charleston, WV. Memories of listening when I was stationed at Camp LeJeune, NC, before I finished my last 2 years in the Marine Corps 1975-1977.
About 10 to 12 years old then ..thank you sir! I was born on the Grand Forks Air Base
