bro its easy.
he will always try to parry your first attack so dodge his attacks then attack the air.
if successful hit your last 2 hits on him then dodge.
repeat a couple of times and he will be defeated and you get the highest defense armor.

Skill issue if you can't defeat a side boss, the main boss is just dodging the charged attacks, and partying the eyes, that is literally it

Get all the runes, that's it I think
Sword runes
Dagger rune
Zwheilhandler rune
Bilhook rune
Idk if the banjo ones count
Axe rune
Not sure if there are anymore before the blind chasm, like you can't get shaman rune since that's in the chasm.

Or just use the exit as an entrance, climb up it then dash in it, you can enter it from there
