It's been a year since you uploaded this video. How's this Hotas doing son far? I'm looking to add an actual throttle to my setup since I just have the joystick. Nice video 😀
It has been holding up very nicely! I'm not using it every day, but I do run it through its paces in DCS and Star Citizen. There isn't much of a dead zone issue and I'm getting better with the directional hats over time. I'd say it's a good investment for the price, but I have heard complaints about them when owned for a while so maybe stay away from second hand unless you know it's good.
@@Kailroy_Galvinam Glad you liked it I got the thrustmaster FCS pack around the same price! I’m thinking of getting rudder pedals or a headset for random coop and so I wouldn’t get booted from multiplayer! Any good recommendations for under 100$ on a headset?
You can quickly Google headsets, but the ads will almost certainly be skewed towards whoever pays for advertising space. If I were to choose, I would get a corsair headset. They are good quality, have 7.1 surround sound, decent microphones, and there are a few from $40-$80. Razer is another good choice, however some of their options are a little pricey due to it being sought after, but great quality from ones that I've owned. Don't forget to do your own research and hopefully this helps!
@@Kailroy_Galvinam Cool! Would you recommend steel series Artics 1 or Barracuda from razor also any duel 2.4/Bluetooth offerings from Corsair? I like Artics 1 and Barracuda as they have USB C receivers.
Most corsair headsets are wireless, but the cheaper ones are corded. I think you have to spend at least 100 to get the wireless options, but there is nothing wrong with the corded ones I actually use corded myself (makes me feel connected to the computer.... Also I didn't have the money for wireless at the time lol!)
So far so good, I will probably record some gameplay of Elite Dangerous or DCS so I can get some gameplay for the channel. The only thing that can say is that the friction adjustment wheel is potentially going to be the first thing out. it seems to be fine so far but I hear that if you constantly switch friction levels it can lead to a more loose throttle.
Please try to keep the box in frame while unboxing. Trying to Tetris this stuff back down the box over here
Amazing video👍
thanks for showing me how to get it back IN the box lol, junk.

It's my first "Logitech" product I ever had to return :( Twist axis was really inaccurate, same as the upper wheel for thumb...
Any problems with x56 yet? Been reading too many negative reviews. I am choosing between x56 and thrust master t16000m for sims mainly.

Hard finding more recent reviews on these. Just ordered one while they were on sale. How has it been holding up?
