Yeah it is. I got a reply via email support eventually. menu 1.9.4 (Indoor climate > Advanced > Room sensor settings). Ensure control room sensor is active and set the heating factor to 1.0 for underfloor heating or 2.0 for radiators. (My installer set it to 1.0 instead of 2.0) However mine still heats above the threshold set, but nowhere near as much.

I have mine set to 18c but my house indoor temp sensor doesn't seem to drop below 20c,
Any advise?

I bought instruction from inplix and I built it very cheap.
Worst system ever - this wheel is uncontrollable
daft system that wheel - i got a large permanent pen and wrote on it "turn dial to choose options" - maybe its the 'swedish way" !!
