Me too, it's starting to all make sense and fall into place now. It's hard to see the progress in real time as its so slow, but if I look back at myself 18 months ago when I started learning and applying this stuff, the progress has been remarkable.
Better than ever. I'm content with everything that I have and I've realized that I can't control everything that happens in my life but I can control the way I respond or react. I know that shit happens regardless and I've learned to accept anything that the universe deals me. I try to only live in the present and not think too much about the past or future.
Its as if you knew I wasn't meditating daily aand you are speaking directly to me when you are trying to get me to meditate daily. I salute you sir. I will try harder!
I have been doing this guided meditation like 30 times probably. I haven‘t had a single depressive episode since then and I had them as long as I can remember. This habit is my tactic from now on. I don‘t want to write a list now about all the amazing benefits I got in my everyday life. All I can say is, I feel like reborn, stronger, more peaceful and motivated in doing life. And that as a single :)
I actually cried from joy, this was so simple and relaxing, I really let go! I feel like I just woke up from an hour long sleep, ready for my day- even though it's the end of my day. truly amazing Leo. Thank you
What does it feel like to let go, when I do it, it feels great. Sometimes it feels like I can’t let go at all and I’m just struggling to let go the entire time
I am a bit lost for words now. I've been meditating/doing breathing exercises, more or less frequently for quite some time, never like this. Not knowing what to expect, nonetheless I really tried to set aside all preconceptions about meditation. During the first half I experienced a lot of fear, anger and especially anxiety. Then something gave way - long story short, I haven't even teared up in years, this changed things. The ego got tickled a bit and I now nearly feel ashamed for using "I" in every single sentence of this comment for lack of a better word :) Leo, your work makes a lot of sense, your insight is invaluable. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
For some reason, I teared up, too. It's only my second meditation in a row. If I had to pick my thoughts.. it was something to do with the satisfaction of knowing I had let go? Just the good feeling from it... from knowing I knew it happened without "thinking" about it. I can't even describe the feeling I had when it hit. I don't want to make anyone think it was magical... but nonetheless, I had a strong feeling of joy for a short period.

@@westsidesmitty1 Thanks for the response! I left a comment under Leo's video about 'do nothing technique' and I was wondering if you have any thought on it? Thank you, Leo, for a very powerful meditation. I've soon been meditation consistently for a year, and this was just mindblowing. Thank you for this, I'll definately be integrating this in my practices.
I just got the realization of what awareness is and what I am. I'm not this body or this mind. After you told to open the eyes I realized that all there is, is awareness in me. I felt so at peace after a long time. Probably being stoned and doing this helped with the realization in much more intensity than I had before. I'm grateful for your videos and all the work that you do.
Thank you for making this stuff public. it's been a lot of help. I like how all your lessons are matter of fact and not proper and stuffy. Reality so to speak and not fake...
The best experience I’ve ever had meditating so far, I could feel the overwhelming joy just before you said anything I actually started crying , as well as feeling the merging with reality. Thank you very much Leo , God bless you for the knowledge you are giving out !!

Thank you for this one Leo. I had a really really beautiful and silent meditation just now. I am grateful and lucky that Adyashanti was the first spiritual guide I picked up, I sincerely think that this form of meditation is one of the biggest contributors to the astonishing results I have had in my self-actualization the last 2 years. And you did him justice, bravo!
im in love with mediation, been doing it for 20-30 min a day for over a month now. Today i feel inner peace with myself and my body, when your guided was mediation was over, i wasn't ready ironically to let go of that amazing feelings, so i decided to try for myself for another 20 minutes. I allowed my self to go so deep that i feel like i almost lost contact with my body, its amazing and i just cant look forward to see what i still have to learn!
I love the part when you said, "if you can't focus on letting go; let that go." That is what I was trying to achieve, and feel I have achieved in some sense, but never as effectively with this meditation. I would always psyche myself out, trying to not to think by THINKING about not thinking. This meditation taught me the most important lesson I've ever learned out of all guided meditations I've listened to, and that lesson is to just let it all be as it is.
This was an incredible meditation! So powerful. Thank you for this- this is exactly the kind of going back to the basics type meditations I love to see 😍
i"ve been coming back to this vid just to listen to your guide , and after years, this is still one of the greatest meditation guides i have ever seen.
I find meditation incredibly challenging, but surprisingly, this video really worked for me. It's like no other meditation video I have listened to before. Really pleased I found it.
can I ask how you implemented what he said? he said "push yourself out of your skull" and "be reality". how can someone implement those things? much appreciated if you could shed some light. thanks
@chochooshoe you can't think your way into doing it. Let go of trying to think and understand what's happening. But rather, experience what's occurring.
This is a job for humanity. You are awesome, Leo. Thank you for teaching us how to improve your lives. As a poker player, I need to seek self-actualization in several layers of awareness, which is totally fascinating to improve all aspects of my life and you and your videos are a turning point in my study days. THANK YOU!
I've been listening to this meditation almost nightly and I have to say it works extremely well for me. This last time though, it might have actually helped me realize something interesting... For a while now, due to some experiences of mine I've had some struggles with a phobia - panic attacks, aversion of subjects relating to it, the whole nine yards. I've been working through it as best I can, but there's one thing that always seems to stump me. I've managed to stop most of my panic attacks and psychogenic seizures, but any time I get distressed I suddenly find that I am really unable to think, to the point where I can't even form sentences anymore. I fully realize that I'm having a fear reaction, I consider those experiences to be pseudo-panic attacks, but because the reaction itself scares me and I can't reason through any of it it's a problem that tends to spiral out of control. That's what was starting to happen again when I decided to sit down and listen to this meditation. What I realized was that.... my mindset while that was happening was actually very similar to the meditative mindset. It made me realize that what's happening there that scares me so bad is that I am being forcefully pulled out of my own head. It was actually far easier than usual to focus on what was going on in my body then on my thoughts. That has a lot of things going through my mind now, but in the end this is a problem I've been struggling with for years and I believe your mediation just helped me solve it. Thank you so much!
Leo. Thanks. I have been doing your guided meditation for three days now, it’s so nice to let it go. Today was a bit hard as I could feel my pulse more and my breathing shorter then the two first times. I will continue meditating with you here as I see a great benefit from it. by the way...Awesome videos you have here. I hope your life is going great.
I have being doing Hatha yoga since 1970, and various meditation techniques since about 1978, but I have never heard such 'down to earth' techniques and instructions before as Leo gives. It is a refreshing thing to practice meditation now more than ever since the one thing I ALWAYS experienced in the past is that if I wasn't having third eye experiences, I always felt like I wasn't doing it right. Leo's descriptions of 'letting go' and the monkey mind and letting go of control is awakening a new side of meditation I have not experienced before. I am going to view and save all of Leo's videos for further instruction and practice.
damn, i went so deep into meditation that when i opened my eyes, i was actually completely leaning my body to the right and when i pulled myself back to the center, i felt like i was still in that leaning position. i layed myself down, closed my eyes and really felt like i was levitating and flying around everywhere for a minute. not sure if that was supposed to happen, though but i felt like it was right, and that's probably what matters. i'm way more relaxed now, i had this neck and chest pain bothering me for two days and while they are still here, i barely notice them and i honestly stopped caring. great video, will be doing this from now on 2x a day to see what happens and since i'm gonna start taking some tai chi lessons, this will probably come in handy
Psychedelic Traveller ASMR ahah really doubt it. probably just a weird feeling of dizziness after breathing in and out so many times lol but this was easily the deepest i felt so far while doing meditation. i only started meditating last week, i'm still a newbie lol this will help a lot i think
nikki desai damn, really? wow so he's right about all these methods since i didn't feel nothing at all during my prior meditations. i kinda felt like i was in a empty room after a while this time around, maybe that's why i was leaning myself to the right, i lost orientation. not sure how and why the rest happened though, since i'm new to this. maybe he will see this and give me an insight
I've struggled with meditation all my life. This was the first time something really worked for me. You make it so clear. Thank you. More of this please!
Thank you. This has been the best meditation practice ever for me. Never have I experienced the stillness, both of the mind and body, and I've been practicing fir 15 years or more. Experiencing the present moment is rare and short lived, 10 minutes to a few hours. The mind takes over and I tend to lose the present moment until practice begins the following night. Thank you again. I can now see clearly with awareness that is unclouded by thoughts for now. Will surely visit this video each day before bed time.
I've been doing this meditation almost every day for 6 months. my mind is so much better for having done it. today for the first time I did it submerged in water up to my neck in a pool. I got so much deeper without having to hold up my arms legs etc just felt so connected to the water. thanks for everything Leo.
I know someone will see this and respond! This comment is meant for someone who needs to see it and it’s a question... Ok... this was the most amazing meditation experience I’ve EVER had. It was so amazing that I was almost emotional afterward because I finally got what I wanted out of meditation. I’m brand new to meditation. I’ve only done it for 4 days now and I skipped a day after 3 so I felt I wouldn’t get anything out of this. But this was the first time I felt “something.” This is the next morning... I did it last night. This morning I feel like I can do anything I want and I can literally accomplish anything. Is this normal? I feel like I unlocked something in me and now can get and do whatever I want!! I’m really excited to continue meditating!! I just want to know if this is normal or if I am rare?? Thanks! Love the content.
I know it’s been 3 years but I’m going through the exact same thing. The whole day after mediating I just have an intense desire to create an amazing life
Thank you, Leo, again for your video! I particularly need this meditation practice tonight as I feel waves of negative emotions of sadness and anxiety, and I was not able to change my mindset to lesson those emotions for hours tonight. This meditation practice of surrender helped to relax me and put things in a healthy perspective for me. I am immensely grateful to your dedication, kindness, and hard work in producing these excellent videos!
Letting go is mostly about letting it be. Thinking while meditating is ok, just let it be. Focusing on your bodily sensations does help. But thoughts coming in is ok. Guided meditation also requires more silence. Great session Leo. Thank you for this.
Alex: Thanks!! I wasn't trying to control anything so the laughter came up and I let it be :D Grog: That's crazy! in a good way. I think you didn't do anything wrong, anything that comes up is right.

this was the first time i meditated and i felt so peaceful something that i havent felt in 10 years
I've been doing this for years and I never thought someone would actually put all of it into words. Listening to you is like listening to the book I wish I could figure out how to write. You really do know what you're doing
This was great. Definitely going to make this my daily meditation.
me too:)
Harr1sonDylan yep
Thank you for making this stuff public. it's been a lot of help. I like how all your lessons are matter of fact and not proper and stuffy. Reality so to speak and not fake...
omg! exactly what I was waiting for from this channel! Thanks Leo!!!
me too :)

My revelation was that I'm attached to the idea of being enlightened. I'm now letting go of that desire. Great meditation Leo.
Thanks for that Leo. That was so amazing, I wanted to stay there for longer than this video.
The best experience I’ve ever had meditating so far, I could feel the overwhelming joy just before you said anything I actually started crying , as well as feeling the merging with reality. Thank you very much Leo , God bless you for the knowledge you are giving out !!
can I ask how you implemented what he said? he said "push yourself out of your skull" and "be reality". how can someone implement those things? much appreciated if you could shed some light. thanks
Leo, you should do a video explaining prayer. It's a topic that I know you can shed some powerful insight in.
hope you see this leo. i hope good things happen to you and you get great karma, cause ive been watching all of your videos and its helping tremendously with controlling my emotions, being stable minded, calm and have less anxiety. your the man!
fully letting go and surrendering feels impossible at the moment. I get glimpses.
I'll put in the work.. ery day!
One of my favorite meditations. Thanks brother!
I feel like I fell asleep and woke up a couple times... this was great
This is the best meditation for me. I got “acceptance “ from this my mind actually quieted down.
This was amazing. I really felt one with reality for the first time in my life. Thanks Leo.
I wish there were a longer version of this (30-60 minutes). Would be great if Leo made one sometime.
im in love with mediation, been doing it for 20-30 min a day for over a month now.
Thank you for the idea of "letting go"! I needed something like this for so long! I just have improved my practice!
I love the part when you said, "if you can't focus on letting go; let that go."
That is what I was trying to achieve, and feel I have achieved in some sense, but never as effectively with this meditation.
I would always psyche myself out, trying to not to think by THINKING about not thinking.
This meditation taught me the most important lesson I've ever learned out of all guided meditations I've listened to, and that lesson is to just let it all be as it is.
This was an incredible meditation! So powerful. Thank you for this- this is exactly the kind of going back to the basics type meditations I love to see 😍
Probably the best channel on UA-cam in my opinion. Really grateful for all the videos. Has changed my life. THANK you
thank you Leo, im an old fan, you make my life much better and eazier
i"ve been coming back to this vid just to listen to your guide ,
and after years, this is still one of the greatest meditation guides i have ever seen.
THANK YOU!
wow. that was the most amazing experience. thank you for that, for showing me that
Thank YOU Léo! It was lovely🙏🙏🙏🙏🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🌺🌺💞💞🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🐢🐢🐢
Thank you sooo much for this comment!!! My son needed this!!! Much love to you♥️
I'm so glad people like Leo started making UA-cam videos
Leo.
This was amazing! I have never experienced anything like this, thank you Leo!
That was the most beautiful experience I've ever had!
damn, i went so deep into meditation that when i opened my eyes, i was actually completely leaning my body to the right and when i pulled myself back to the center, i felt like i was still in that leaning position. i layed myself down, closed my eyes and really felt like i was levitating and flying around everywhere for a minute. not sure if that was supposed to happen, though but i felt like it was right, and that's probably what matters. i'm way more relaxed now, i had this neck and chest pain bothering me for two days and while they are still here, i barely notice them and i honestly stopped caring. great video, will be doing this from now on 2x a day to see what happens and since i'm gonna start taking some tai chi lessons, this will probably come in handy
astral projection? lol
Psychedelic Traveller ASMR ahah really doubt it. probably just a weird feeling of dizziness after breathing in and out so many times lol but this was easily the deepest i felt so far while doing meditation. i only started meditating last week, i'm still a newbie lol this will help a lot i think
u astral projected
nikki desai damn, really? wow so he's right about all these methods since i didn't feel nothing at all during my prior meditations. i kinda felt like i was in a empty room after a while this time around, maybe that's why i was leaning myself to the right, i lost orientation. not sure how and why the rest happened though, since i'm new to this. maybe he will see this and give me an insight
keep practicing ☺ don't try too hard though😄
I've struggled with meditation all my life. This was the first time something really worked for me. You make it so clear. Thank you. More of this please!
Thank you very much Leo. It was an amazing experience.
Will surely visit this video each day before bed time.
wow, great lesson Leo, I was like being pulled into the sounds in my apartment, like the fan
How have you been since you posted this comment? :))
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS! :) It was perfect!
Letting go is mostly about letting it be. Thinking while meditating is ok, just let it be. Focusing on your bodily sensations does help. But thoughts coming in is ok.
Guided meditation also requires more silence.
Great session Leo. Thank you for this.
That was amazing! I started laughing for no reason half way through.
The Buddha's laugh~ awesome! unconditional happiness. You found the clue~
Alex: Thanks!! I wasn't trying to control anything so the laughter came up and I let it be :D
Grog: That's crazy! in a good way. I think you didn't do anything wrong, anything that comes up is right.
Some people hallucinate from meditation, I think that happened to me.
Guido Bisocoli I am familiar with that, every time I unconsciously feel results I laugh without any control
Guido Bisocoli this happens to me when i break my running records...i get all psyched and happy!
Hey Leo,
I've been listening to this track daily for the past two weeks or so. I'm a children's teacher in Japan currently. I have to travel 2-4 hours everyday on packed trains and buses to different schools. I am as well following my dream of being an artist. All of this pressure had left me emotionally overwhelmed until I watched your videos and began the practice of meditating. I appreciate you and your awesome personality.
Thank you for the great videos,
Z
"WOW" Incredible ,, Thanks Leo......
lovely. as a certified meditation teacher for almost a decade and a AVID meditator for the last two decades I have to say that this felt like a masculine meditation. I can appreciate that. What a nice offering. Thank you. :)
