with my masking method, you don't have to pull it off when you're done.
when you choose to stop, your painting is finished and you can close it as usual.

you can read more about my journey in the first of this kind of masking videos

in this demo video I use Posca Pencil wax/oil based, as easy masking to keep the Ranger ink - Slate - Dijon - Moss inside my expression.
alcohol Navimer in a small needle applicator bottel.
You can use isopropyl alcohol too.
Babyliss smooth boost 668E hair dryer.
Schmincke acrylic ink, black
Air brush to blow it out
Dual marker for my flower buds.
.
i use Academy series paper, similar to yupo paper and close it with Molotow One4all spray varnich.

Easy Right?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤣Just mask in a leaf, drop some ink and Yeepie......Not so easy , Make sure all lines are connected.......remember where you drew your lines and don't over drop your ink......You make it looks sooooooooo very easy........This one was especially eye catching...... I have my paper now I'm waiting on my "twiggy Ink" they must be making a bottle for me now.......Thank you for "easy"..........Loves Holly-Anne
you can always go back to using masking fluid again 🤷♀️
I find this technique much easier.
I think all beginnings are difficult until you learn it
Love from Denmark
@@ziminoart7889 It will be easier for me.....with the pencil....and the line is crisp and neat......I WILL learn it....Who ever said watercolor was hardest medium to learn , never tried Ink.....LOL.....I learned watercolor , and with your demo's and guidance , I will learn this......One of your most devoted fans Holly-Anne, Thank you!
So imaginative!
Thank you very much
👏🏾😍😍👏🏾! Finally received my Posca pencils. This is so much fun! They are so creamy and flow like butter on the back of the photo paper I am practicing my alcohol inking on! While I was waiting for the Posca pencils, I tried using an Arteza Expert colored wax pencil I had laying around. It is a soft wax pencil and actually worked, but had to add a little bit more pressure and retrace sometimes to make sure the lines were solid. The Faber Polychromos pencils were hit-or-miss and annoying. Their wax is way too hard and kept chipping. Definitely the Posca oil pencils for a smoother, easier sketch🙌🏾👏🏾. Nice solid lines without having to retrace like with the wax ones. Thank you again for opening this world up to newbies like me…I am so grateful🙏🏾🙏🏾🥰🥰. Cannot wait to see your next beautiful creation!!
Oh Debb
it is so exciting to read about your way through all the tests and your experience when you finally tried the posca pencil, which runs like butter as you write LOL
i love it and am so glad you like it.
I have a new video to show you tomorrow.
I look forward to hearing what you think about it ❤️❤️
@@ziminoart7889 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😍😍. I cannot wait💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

Beautiful design, and good to know you can use the Posca pencil also on top of the ink. Love you branches with the airbrush tool. Thank you Lone!

I'm so glad you like this combined piece
thank you very much
Ljuvlig!
Thank you sweet Emma
Thank you so much for your videos - they provide great encouragement as one attempts to learn to use alcohol inks! Would you mind sharing what tool you use to initially apply the acrylic ink? Thank you!!
WoW! This piece is exceptionally stunning! I have only recently found your channel and started with the most recent going back. I really love this technique. Are there any other artists that you are aware of performing this technique?
Thank you very much Mary
the technique is one I have developed myself
i have only recently shown how i do it, many are currently trying my technique and showing their results in various alcohol ink groups on facebook
Your technique is amazing! Thank you so much for sharing.
Are the posca pencils oil based or wax based? I'm looking for alternatives since I don't get these over here in India
Thank you in advance 😊
Thank you very much
I am glad you like it 🙏
the pencil is both parts, oil and wax in perfect balance
Awesome! What kind of paper please?
This paper is Academy series it is similar to Yupo paper
You can read all materials in the description box below the video
Mange hilsner
Lone ❤️
what air brush do you recommend
the one I use is a really cheap one I've had for many years, bought in a craftsman shop here in Denmark.
it has no brand name.
for something like this piece you need to go for a compressor that can go to 50 psi
US
Do u live in us? Id think so?
