First I try to get to koopa with a certain speed I calculated beforehand. That means I have to be a certain distance away from koopa the quick before I manouver towards him. Then I just do an overflowjump and return to the main map.

No I mean like, I saw that you were in a landing action when you returned, so did you go ground -> air -> ground? If so, how did you do that? Were you on a slope after the OJ, and you used the change in de facto speed to take you back onto the ground of the flag? It's details like this I'm interested in
