My star card set ups: (u probably don't care but welp whatever.) Supremacy/GA: Epicenter, increases the damage of repulse by 40 inside half its radius. making repulse a one hit on most troopers. Then Intensify, then Jedi fighter which makes his stamina costs reduced by 35% Hvv: Epicenter: cause the 40 extra damage will actually break through lightsaber villains blocks. Rush Immunity which grants 15% dmg reduction after using rush. (for 3 seconds) and finally jedi reflexes or jedi fighter. 1v1 dueling: Epicenter, rush immunity and jedi reflexes. Also luke is very very good on the death star
Your first two GA/Supremacy cards are spot on, but I think I’d replace the final one with the damage reduction on the rush. It makes him a bit more forgiving, for me :)
One thing to note with Luke is his stamina regen and health regen extremely fast, so even a second of breathing room can give you back both your stamina and health.
@@christophersalinas2722 I agree but they just need to make his abilities more reliable namely hero might and retribution. After retribution ends they need to give you like 1.5 seconds of 90% damage reduction continuation. And if they could just make a heroic might not glitch out that would be amazing.

@@LeeEverett1 Finn is very nice for support and all of that, but he is never a good choice for keeping enemies in line, unless you use dead eye 99% you’re in combat or your aim is godly and the enemy team is just bad as hell, also Chewbacca in big modes, he’s trash but we don’t talk about him
@@unigame5780 Finn is bad by himself because all he has is his Deadeye ability which can easily be blocked by heroes or avoided behind a crate or something. He's the only hero in the game without a stun or knockdown to actually combat other heroes. If you don't have good teammates that are willing to protected you you'll get wrecked and ganged up on everytime. In 1v1 situations he's almost always going to lose. Chewy is mixed because it totally depends on the player and how you use him. His Furious Bowcaster absolutely melts people especially heroes.
Great guides. I SUCKED with heroes when I first started playing, but then I watched your killstreak breakdowns and within a month I was playing as heroes every match and at least getting 35 or more in my killstreaks each time.
Really great video helped a lot but For me I would put Jedi fighter card instead of greater knock back for HVV Bc it can really help him with blaster hero’s and palpatine as he loses less stamina but anyway great video keep up the good work!
Great video but I have a bit of a different star card set up for hvv and trooper modes.i run intensify and extended push range for trooper modes but instead of the extra rush I run the epicentre star card which makes the damaged increased by 50 if an enemy is hit in half the radius which makes it a one shot kill against normal troops and also for hvv this is helpful because it does the extra damage through blocks and although its only 50 damage it will stop health regen so it can be very helpful🙂
Luke's Stronger Push should do additional damage imo since you are hitting them harder. Sane with Maul with the card that sends his enemies flying after the choke.
Actually my 3rd star card for GA is epicenter, just because it can 1 hit kill all troopers (except for heavies) and leaves you with less enemies to deal with overall.

if he gets hit by Iden's shock ability and Iden can land every bolt on as a headshot he's toast. Ive done it many times Id say Luke's biggest weakness is his low health regen. that always frustrates me when I play with him
I'd like to point out the extra damage repulse star card to replace the greater push star card. usually my strategy is push them into a wall or someplace you can reach them with rush, repulse and rush again. like he said not for everyone but I feel this is a great way to quickly kill blaster heros and boba fett when his ass is flying away

Look up Battlefront 2 Fandom, it lists every single stat for all heroes, classes, and vehicles. Includes everything like damage output, cooldown for abilities, stamina and dodge information etc. That's where he gets his info from. It even lists trivia and all the patch notes throughout the support cycle like nerfs and buffs.
Oh, Chewie definitely does, he has tremendous strength and I think his melee is the deathliest in the game, i estimate that it deals up to 100 damage to heroes and 150 damage to troopers, basically, his fists are like a lightsaber.

Also players to look out for as luke that didn’t get mentioned are Iden and Bossk. Iden behind a competent vader or even kylo will melt you thru your block if you can’t focus them. Same with Bossk.
His repulse card is bugged. It’ll give him and extra 40 damage regardless of how close the enemies are. Also with that card active, that extra 40 damage goes through blocks. Intensify and his repulse damage cards should be kept on regardless of what you’re playing

One thing I’ve learned about Luke from my experience: He can parry really well, you can get so many parry kills.
yes i was able to do my first parry against dooku while he had duelist active. It felt so good.

What gets me is why they nerfed the massive stikes cards so heavily yet Luke can max out higher with intensify.

Don't buff his push, go for the extra repulse radius, the third dash and either the ability that gives damage reduction on dash or reflexes.

I think every hero can be deadly with the right card setup and playstyle from the player, minus Finn though; he is absolute garbage by himself

the cards I use for Luke are Jedi reflexes, intensity and the one that lets you swing more, great for dooku's as you can just parry him

I prefer Rush Immunity then Jedi Reflexes but it is still a great card

Instead of the third rush I record using the increase damage repulse card so you can one hit enemies with your push as well as your repulse.

It's a must-have for HvV and Hero Showdown since it goes through blocks, it stops health regen.

Epicenter is also a really good card for Supremacy, imo.
Epicenter would be a better choice than Jedi reflexes, because you can one hit kill all infantries, except the Heavy in GA and CS
