First time meeting your Dad for me and don't you sound similar! Nice to have a shared passion too. Another lovely video and always like the music you use too. I remember one Summer hearing flapping under my landing window, and I went downstairs to see what the noise was and as I opened the back door, there was a sparrowhawk and a pigeon with no head. I just left it there as I knew she'd be back and eventually would fly off with the remains and cache them. I kept watching from the small window in the cupboard under the stairs. It's always such a privilege to be so close to nature. Look forward to your next ones.

Another fine presentation Sir Willis & Senior (The Master). Spot on regarding buzzards & their wariness around us humans, they’re happy if we’re at a distance or if we haven’t got a camera; but as you say the minute you raise your arms - 9 times out of 10 they’re off! The Stopsol one way glass is the way to go, I have PM’d you previously about a hide in Norfolk that I visited for Buzzard & Sparrowhawk that has the glass in place - & it’s just fantastic. You really don’t know it’s there after a while & it’s definitely the way to go for sensitive subjects. Some great images, video & advice for viewers as always. Another great video, good to see you and Pops on a road trip. I think it is far better to have a well managed hide on your land than an organised shoot/hunt. In these days of a depressed rural economy anything that helps the land owners to earn a living and at the same time enables us to enjoy our passion cannot be all bad. Fantastic footage and pictures as always.

I guess, your pops is more seasoned, he knows when to take a shot and possibly he might not be in the mood to go over 637 images in Lightroom, etc. in order to pick perhaps 5-10 keepers! My kind of day out! I've actually experienced that glass in a hide at Inala Nature Reserve on South Bruny Island, Tasmania. We were filming/photographing Sea Eagles using road kill to bring them down to eye level. 👍
Fully get what you say about nothing being certain with baited hides. Was at a kingfisher hide this year - saw the kingfisher as I arrived and then spent 10 hours staring at a stick in hope. Saw absolutely nothing and that was fine as it is still nature. As always loved the video and thanks for showing some of these hides around the country. Great to see your experiences and also get some future photo trip ideas from 😀

I was out taking pictures of white tailed deer a couple of days ago and I saw a buzzard/hawk feeding on a rodent in a field close to the side of the road, but (because of traffic) I was unable to stop for a shot. I am upgrading my kit and will be needing to purchase a couple but there are so many different ones and at different prices. Again thanks for taking the time to create these videos.
Thanks very much Paul. I use Sandisk Extreme Pro cards, both are 128GB and I rarely run out of space. As for choice, to behest with you, I always used their SD cards and never had one fail on me. I have also used their free recover software when I accidentally deleted files and it was such a lifesaver. So in summary I trust them. Hope that helps mate 👍🏻

Great video as usual. But aren’t these hide prices getting out of reach for the average person who would like to have this experience when you add in the cost of travel and possible accommodation.
You are right that the prices are a little on the expensive side but you certainly get a lot for your money in terms of the experience. Of course if you add in travel and accommodation then things get more expensive. Appreciate your honest feedback 👍🏻
HI Dan I must admit that whenever I have seen hides advertised that you have to shoot through glass, I have been put off. But hey, you could not tell that your video and images were taken through glass. If you hadn't mentioned it at the beginning, I doubt anyone would have known. They really are fabulous birds of prey, they get a bad press which is a shame, but I have to admit your video and beautiful images have made them into film stars in this video. Lovely work thank you. The images were fantasic plus excellent video, but why did we have to wait fifteen minutes into a twenty seven minute video before we saw the first image. I don't think that you have got the balance right. Your earlier videos were not not like this. Still enjoy the videos but not just as much as I used to.

Hi mate. Good video again but without being a keyboard warrior it’s a brief not a debrief! They happen after you’ve done something and unfortunately you’re slipping into the habit of looking at the screen on your osmo not the camera. Sorry just one of those issues that really annoys me! lol
