But still need with this statement ‘I certify that this is a true copy of the original and the photograph is a true likeness of the person presenting the document as sighted by me.’? Be in my copy there's no statment like that. Just certified true copy and sign only.

Do we need APC from Australian council after AHPRA
The registration certificate is available to download in our AHPRA account. In it it mention the expiry.
That only required.
Take note of your reg expiry date and renew yearly
