Yes correct, they will give the ATT or Authority to Take the NCLEX.
Is it compulsory to undergo assessment process after self check? I did self check but now not intended to do next step. Is this have any issue?

Hi JC and Loraine, thank you for doing this video. It is very informative and helpful especially for us internationally qualified nurses. I have a question in regards to OSCE is there any other way I could take that here in Victoria? I have been living in Melbourne since 2015. And also, does APHRA is very strict regarding the experience you have? What if your experience is not enough or what if your experience has expired after 5 years? However, I graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing and passed my local board examination in the Philippines. I also have been working in an Aged care as a PCA. Do you think APHRA will still consider my qualifications?

Got one question though, I had hospital exp way back 2016-2017 for almost a year in an ICU but currently here in Canada as a health care assistant. Would that be considered under Stream C or even Stream B by any chance if you have any idea?

What if i have nclex that is registered in new york state. Can i use it in austrlia?
Just to share some info about the English Test. Ahpra also accepts PTE Academic.
As copied from Ahpra: the PTE Academic with a minimum overall score of 65 and a minimum score of 65 in each of
the four communicative skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking).
NOTE:
We will only accept test results:
i. from one test sitting, or
ii. a maximum of two test sittings in a six month period only if:
• a minimum overall score of 65 is achieved in each sitting, and
• you achieve a minimum score of 65 in each of the communicative skills across the two
sittings, and
• no score in any of the communicative skills is below 58
PTE is easier and test result is released after a few hours. I had just taken PTE last week and passed. Right now, I'm working on my Ahpra application.

Hi Jc and Loraine , thanks for the video, I have been trying to fill the self check form for like two months , at first I thought it was my Browser so i deleted installed , then updated my browsers , that is safari , google chrome and even Microsoft edge , even after that and Clicking on the commence self check tab it tells me this page was not found or safari could not asses this page , or error message . If you have any advise for me on this I would really appreciate it 😊
hi maam/sir, when i finish registering on the self check profile, wala pong lumabas na iqnm stream kung saan po ako na-belong. Ilang days po ba malaman o lumabas yung IQNM result at makita mo na kung anong stream ka po.....thanks

Hii guys first of all happy new year, actually I have done my Bachelors of nursing from India and masters of public health and wellbeing in U.K , is the process similar for me as u have mentioned because in extra qualification I have to add my masters in it or not? Hi po.. i watched you video how to do the self checked.. but in the payment page in you video it tells you which stream you will belong but mine it says " based on your qualification information entered in self check, aphra will review at portfolio stage to advise you to the steps you may need to complte" what does it means? I am currently living in Singapore and my documents are with me, not Apostille, just the original copy. Yung certified true copy po ba nang TOR, diploma and any other necessary documents for AHPRA ay pwede sa SG Notary Public ipa certify? Tatanggapin po ba yun nang AHPRA? or sa Philippine Notary Public talaga? Salamat po for answering. God bless.

Hi Dezza, yes that is correct. Let her do the online self-check and if she's assigned to Stream B, she has to take the NCLEX and OSCE.

Nurse since 2008 because I moved to Canada, I became a Registered Practical Nurse in Canada in 2010, since then on I am working as a Registered Practical Nurse. Please I need your advice. I applied for ahpra registration and all required documents uploaded. I got a mail from ahpra that I should upload my degree certificate and not notification of result. I called my school and I was told the certificate is not yet ready. And ahpra gave me till 26 of this month to upload or my Registration will be terminated. Please what should I do at this point ?

Hi, it is only for the nursing aspect - a preparatory course for OBA. It does not include visa processing.

In portfolio stage you download certified copies from ur qualification, passport, ur nursing license in ur home country. I just done it, and they write to be ready that they might ask later for English exam, police check report to approve that you don’t have criminal history, and recent clinical experience. You check their website for detailed information. Good luck
