While staying in Sa Coma, we decided to make the short trip down to Porto Cristo to visit the Caves of Drach (Cuevas del Drach).

It's a VERY long time since I was in the Caves of Drach, they are quite beautiful. I can't imagine the concert has changed much, I remember it was rather relaxing & spellbinding.
We haven't been for a long time. Pretty much the same. Very busy.

Love the Caves of Drach. I have this on my to do list with the boat tour. Loved the video in the rain, somehow was quite relaxing especially with Storm Ciaran on it's way here!

I was there in the 90s, I loved it but I remember the boat trip was very cramped and a German lady was practically sitting on my lap😂 lovely video.
We skipped the boat trip this time.

I enjoyed these caves many years ago. I think I prefer Campanet as they are a little less touristy and have peaceful surroundings.
I like Campanet caves with the straw stalactites. We need to go there again.

Mallorca has lots of caves, but only a few are open to the public.
I have not been there since the 1970's. The tour included a stop at a pearl factory. I still have the pearl cross and chain I bought! Iremember we felt the Caves had been rushed as we spent so much time at the factory.
Happy to say that we weren't rushed with the whole tour being almost exactly an hour.

i was there 2007 october it was sunny then it came down the rain. they cancelled the boat trip
