Thank you for taking the time to post this video. I had a toilet that wasn't holding water. Rather than buy replacement seals (for which you supplied the part #), I tried the remove and recondition (maintenance) route. Success!! 2010 16' Deluxe.
Quick question. When replacing your gaskets you placed the cut-out in the back (12:00 position) whereas when you removed them they were more on the front, side (5:00 position). Did you have any to realign them?

The gasket position shown in the video wasn't yet adjusted -- it definitely needs to be in the 4:00/ 5:00 o'clock position so the seals are aligned with the cutout on the toilet base. Otherwise, the gasket wouldn't sit flush and there would be potential for leakage under the gasket. So, yes, definitely align the gasket cutouts with the cutout on the base! "Note: put seals back in same position with notch in the 4 o'clock position and the seal that says "This Side Up" under the black seal."
