  • The Jones Tweaker Snowboard - Selected for the Whitelines 100 Snowboard Awards
Up til now, the closest Jones got to making a park board was the long-serving Mountain Twin - and even that was more suited to hitting natural features as part of its all-mountain remit. However, what we have here is a bona fide true twin that absolutely belongs in the park, yet is still unmistakably a Jones.
This is an area of board design with more limitations than what you can get up to with a powder shape, but it’s good to see that Jones has squeezed every last drop of innovation and quality from the concept - most of which make it ideal for taking to other parts of the mountain, too. Jeremy Jones says this is no regular park board, and we’re inclined to agree.

Aside the review, that footage is sick. It could perfectly be a video part. Amazing skills! Those flights are crazy.

Sweet review. I already have a Hovercraft (160) as a powder/carving machine, and I'm looking for something to ride slush/park/side hits/cruise. I will pair it with Orion Bindingds and 32s Bandito boots. 175lbs, 6ft, 11US boots. Which board and what size should I go for? DOA, Mountain Twin, or Tweaker? Thanks a lot.

Is this board good for those who don't go to the park often but still want to have fun doing some jumps etc..?
What bindings do you recommend for this type of board?
    thank you guys ;)

I have been riding this board for about a month, a couple times a week. All resort riding with some park and some off-piste/Backcountry style riding and it has handled everything amazingly. Surprisingly stable at higher speeds, considering it has a bit more flex than their other designs. I have owned a Burton custom x, arbor iguchi pro, and a marhar archaic prior to this one and it has been my favorite ride, by far. Way more playful without sacrificing much stability of stiffer boards. Plus, the overall design is dope AF.

I am still trying to decide between this one, the mountain twin or the capita mega merc, so many good boards. What would be the key differences between these 3?

It's a great board, super versatile for a huge range of terrain and conditions. Here's what we thought:

Being that it is soft and has the subtle 3d shaping does it work for a higher end beginner to lower level intermediate?

For sure, it will be a board that you'll grow into as your ability and experience increase

I rode this board at the expo it was a bit like riding on the back of a wild wolf that had recently lost it’s only son to an angry uncles wrath

@@WhitelinesSnowboarding haha not for me! I’m old and am a cruiser… but it did invoke immediate youthfulness. But I’ll leave this one for the nippers 😉😀
