for tashkeel in arabic at 10:48 we can see a tajwin on lam, so wont that be pronounced as tashkeelun? shouldnt the lam have a sukon on it instead?
And how about long vowels, how do you call them in arabic? Are they تَشْكِيل or حَرَكَات? Or do they have a special name for them self?
Long vowels are (أ، و، ي).
These are letters, not تشكيل (or حركات). They're called حروف العلة.
Harakat can be translated as vowels, right? But how do you translate Tashkeel into English?
Harakat are a subset of Tashkeel. Tashkeel can be translated as diacritics.

Hi Oceana, Shadda gives more stress on a letter. See 9:08. مَرَّ is pronounced as Marra while مَر as Mar.
