So Here's the quintessential question towards our female audience, if the man is called to be your leader, are you equipped to be his help meet? If so, based on your presence what does your help, help him meet? And most importantly, do you have the patience to help him become in the midst of him not being there yet? Also, we should practice in singleness what we want to perform in marriage. If we're not patient women in singleness, we won't magically become patient when we get married. We can practice patience now with the people already in our life!

You all are saying what I try to tell women all the time. Women don't really and truly grasp what they're saying when they say they want to be married. So glad I found your channel! My husband and I pour out all the time so we are looking for wise kingdom couples to pour back into us.
This just humbled me. Been married 4 years and didn't realize my words carry weight. I said something real hurtful to my hubs because I was becoming impatient with him. I have to accept him in the process and help! Whewwww wee thank you! God bless you.

I would love to hear yall's thoughts on this same issue from the opposite perspective. I hear/read so much about how patient a woman is supposed to be and how much Christian women should basically "put up with"...but where's our help??? Where's our praise, encouragement, and unwavering commitment??? It just seems to me that more often than not, women have a natural desire to love, serve, and assume the Help Meet role, but where's the reciprocity? Please don't get me wrong...I actually AGREE with the underlying message of this video, but if a wife is doing all this for her husband, two questions come to mind: (1) What is that husband doing for her in return, and (2) What left does that wife have to give to her children & other loved ones? Because all that helping (which often feels more like dragging/carrying) often leaves a woman depleted. ...And another question (sorry, yall really got me thinking today! LOL!)...Why are women constantly told that we should accept a man that isn't quite there yet, but a Christian woman has to already be at her full Godly potential for a Christian man to view her as his potential bride? I guess this litany of questions all boils down to: WHY THE DOUBLE STANDARD???

REDEFINED TV I watch all of you guys videos! Love, love, love what y'all are about! My question is, for this particular topic, where is the line drawn between being patient and helping him to making him a project? So I assume that the man should at least have some type of knowledge of Christ, some desire for a closer relationship with Him...Is this about helping the man who you know that God has purposed in your life as a potential spouse or are we to help and be patient with all men (the ones we date and it goes nowhere )? I stumbled upon this video and it's like God lead me to this video - I have been struggling with a man that I am seeing and what is holding me back in making a decision if we should marry is that I feel like the guy is not at the "level" I want him to be spiritually but this taught me I need to be patient because this man does love Christ and is willing to grow in his faith so I need to be patient in his walk and I can't judge his walk with Christ because each person shows their faith differently but I feel that he can take the reins and be the spiritual leader - I just have to be his helper and give him confidence and not tear him down with demands.. :)

I have this friend and I was bothered so much thinking about him. He is not a christian but he has a quality of a man that I always see towards him. But he leaves me when I said something about him so bad and after that he didn’t communicate. I don’t know about relationship, how to handle it that’s why I hurt people so much. I always think about myself and view a relationship to be perfect and whenever I saw a guy who does bad things that I don’t like, I end things up. I prayed to God so much and my acts was exposed that I realized the problem was all about me. I heard all your advices and it convicts me so much. God chastened me. I hope to be a woman God wants me to be and be a helper to a Man in which that is a quality of a woman. It’s not too late after all to begin again and I thanked God for the two of you❤️ You have been a great counselor to me🙂

My goodness this video hit home soooooo hard I'm in 😭 tears I know my husband is my Ephesians 5 and we went from worldly to saved to young adult pastor and wife. God has moved so much with our ministry and life but I feel there is so much between us relationship wise that needs to change little did I know it's both but mostly me. I need to stop assuming the role he is lacking and encourage him to be in position. Because if I keep doing that and looking at him like why you not doing it, I'm out of order next thing you know I'm wearing pants that don't fit me. And I feel less of a woman because I'm to busy being the boss man, but then fight him because he is being the man to. This just made my heart sink into my stomach. Yiu no that feeling of conviction when the Holy Spirit says yeah I'm talking to you. 😭😭🙌😫

I have to say,each time I tried to help the few guy friends I did have or generally encourage them.. they begin to think I was there wife.
#Counterfeits.. Which consisted of them trying to convince me that they were the one. I know for a fact God will confirm in my spirit whomever my Kingdom man is. Being sad, It's to the point I had to end friendships. One in particular is still persistent. I feel he is a good guy,but not for me. No matter what I say, some where in His fantasy land ,he thinks I'm just challenging him for the wait. I have said countless times the best relationship overall is to first establish an intimate relationship with God and do his will and not for the sake of me. and He'll be able to find his Queen.
After all of the frustration, though he is a good guy,I'm honestly thinking about disregarding him aswell. I felt I was called to help him grow in wholeness, but he doesn't want to accept me as a friend. I truly want the best for him.. However i may be sad for the moment to not speak to him moving forward. But it's as simple as this...If no one can respect my movement for God then I have no problem removing what could potentially be toxic. Either I will cut him off or My Father will. If he doesn't know how to stay in His lane.# I don't care for confrontation and quit frankly he's becoming a headache😫
I have watched this video 30+ times over the last year and the Lord keeps revealing more and more to me through it. At this point, this was my final confirmation about my male friend.. God already told me my assignment is to help him, but I was still expecting a finished project, instead of appreciating how God is using me and the things He has delivered me from to help him overcome those very same spirits ❤ glory

I am learning more than it is just from being a bride. This is something some of those that have been married for over years time can get lost as well.

A guy recently pursued me and he spoke as if he were saved. We no longer speak anymore because I felt like he didn't understand boundaries. For instance, I always had to say don't touch me because I don't belong to you. He went to church and bible study, but I just didn't feel like he was truly following Christ and I made that known. Was I wrong for stopping that relationship if he was trying? Before I clipped the cord I had 1 million conversations and nothing changed, in my defense. I just didn't want to have to recover again over not being sensitive to Gods word and his way.
