    Materials:

    Steps:
    1. Put bead on hook
    2. Tie in thread a bead length behind the bead, wrap to halfway
    3. Tie in copper wire
    4. Tie in pheasant tail fibers
    5. Make open spiral wraps of tying thread back up to the initial tie-in point.
    6. Counterwrap with copper wire, break excess
    7. Snip the pheasant tail butts off close
    8. Tie in peacock herl, wrap to form thorax, tie in and trim excess
    9. Prepare partridge feather, tie in and wrap to form collar
    10. Tie in and trim excess
    11. Make small thread collar
    12. 5-6 turn whip finish
