I watched her throughout the tournament, up to the Championship game against Iowa. She plays the basketball Center position very well. Coach Dawn Staley advised her well. She deserved the MVP Award for sure. She knows how to save energy while playing by putting herself in the right position to get offensive and defensive rebounds. She will have no problem in being a very good basketball player as a rookie. The lady is 6'7" tall too.

Kamilla Cardosa is a beast the LA Sparks will regret not drafting Cardosa at the #2 pick because the Chicago Sky will probably be a contender this year. She is awesome and very good looking and her hair and outfit was on point. Excellent pickup
I think the Sparks are trying the marketing strategy of Steph Curry’s godsister as opposed to the obvious basketball decision….. imo….. however, they didn’t get an average player, they may prove to be genius!!
Cardosa is a great player but not what the Sparks needed. Chicago needed height under the basket. I'm sure she and Reece will be battling for the same postion and starting role.

The first thing I remember of her was during a SC v LSU game & she & Angel Reese were going at it & while Angel appeared to be upset & talking smack at her, Kamilla just smiled & went about her job. The fact that she never stopped smiling showed it wasn’t getting to her….she was still enjoying the game. 👍🏽
