Hi Keezi, another great video of one of India's big cities with all its pluses and minuses like many cities in the world and good to show...keep it up! gr.
Great walk you showed both side of India . The rich & clean side and also poor & terrible side . I also watched Mumbai Vedio you also show good area but also poor part of city This is how India is unequal some areas are looks modern clean & rich but at same time There are also poor and dirt . Good work 👍.

The very first video i saw of you was Kolkata several years ago. And now you´re back. Thank you for this time visit to that place i would like to see by myself.
Please next time visit Dhakuria /Rabindra Sarobar lake area, a huge artificial lake in South Calcutta - there is rowing activity, cricket training, football clubs in the area besides some old and some well restored Art-Deco style mansions built from 1920-70's for the educated middle class Bengali professionals, a residential area littered with several cafes now. Also you should visit the huge historic 200 yr old open air grocery market in Bhowanipore known as Jadu Bazar, these areas are anything but boring, hustle bustle, Sikh traders, tyre dealers, vegetable vendors. You will love it.
modern yes, bt beauty is subjective...One can find the dilapidated old houses and streets more charming rather than cookie cutter drab imposing concrete structures
Thank you, Keezi. The videos of your walks are worthy of a Noble Prize. No one has captured the scenes of chaos and resulting suffering of humanity as you have. Yet it is nice to see you are frequently greeted and there are many happy faces in otherwise depressing streets.
I am Caucasian, and will be moving to India (Varanasi) soon. I need to mentally prepare for the tours and hustlers who will swarm me, and the same time understanding the culture is much different in that it’s not abnormal to have a friendly chat with someone on the street and then keep moving. Where I live now, people just don’t do that. Everyone looks straight-ahead and rarely engages each other. One aspect of India I am looking forward to is to engage people, talk to strangers, learn their stories, etc. But again, it seems half of them just want you to open your wallet, so will need to learn phrases such as “I live here and don’t need any help” etc. (simply to keep my sanity).
I advise try engaging with senior citizens and women. Also teenagers, they will keep you digitally updated and make your life much easier, also they are super swift in every activity like arranging emergency vehicles or essentials. Have a great time in India.
