Those are collards and may just be a different variety. When I planted my collards I ended up getting a mustard green because the seed was in the packet with the collards. They mix up or mix in seeds sometimes. Edit: Beautiful harvest keep up the awesome work.

@@357_gardening You are welcome and it’s my pleasure to be a help. We need each other in this garden community. Yes seeds get mixed up sometimes I’m sure it isn’t done on purpose but things happen. Since I had just the one mustard and the rest were collards I just put it in the pot with the collards. Because of that I plan on growing mustard greens as well as collards in the fall.
