@@smilesandthetwistedmd7608 Even MDS will often not remove the sacs as it means they have to make bigger cuts and the scars are always visible. Many patients prefer this method.
There is no need to remove the sac as it disintegrates on it’s own. New ones form constantly and life long. This is a medical condition, not acne. Try the videos made by Dr Lee and Dr Popzit. They say the same thing.
And even if a doctor could they might not as it isn’t medically necessary and can be considered cosmetic. So even if their healthcare is free they still may not have the option to get them done by a doctor.
I swear this comment makes me so happy to live in America and have actual freedom of Healthcare and not just communist elite options. Lol 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇲🇺🇲 BTW, steatocystomas (what's shown) can be serious and very painful, and this is very careless to empty them without taking out the sack. This guarantees they'll come back, and with greater scar tissue. So actually MD care for these is necessary for a reason. Local Anesthetic is needed because removing the sack is painful and takes digging. Next time you're in pain from a sack removal remember it's not a medical necessity 🤡
@@smilesandthetwistedmd7608 .. please, stop perpetuating that nonsense. There is absolutely NO guarantee that removing the 'sac' (a thin, sliver that would dry before you get to it) will stop them from reoccurring. Mr Popzit, Dr Gilmore even the 'sainted' Dr Lee, all say that (though she does love to incise so she can show how to do the stitches and I gave up watching her years ago)) So please stop saying that.
@@KC-gy5xw Dr. Popzit isn't an actual MD, he's a physicans assistant. You need to stop telling people in the medical field like me, who are actually getting their medical license, what is and what isn't. You're lying based on a few untrue videos you've seen, and think you're a derm expert. There's absolutely 100% removing the sac stops the cyst from coming back because it has nothing to come back to. Duh! 🥴🤪🤡 You sound angry, unintelligent and jaded and have no clue what you're talking about. Facts don't care about your irrelevant feelings, and you making up stuff just because you have personal issues with a dermatologist you don't even know. Who hurt you? I will continue to speak the truth and dismiss the lies of the ignorant like you. You need to stop acting like you have any clue about Dermatology, and need to seek psychiatric help...
I’m so impressed that the client can take the blade insertion without a flinch! The treatment looks very good indeed. Lots of disagreement in the US on whether the sac needs to be removed. I think this is a cost effective solution for those that can take the pain. May not even hurt that much. I have never had it done. Super video!!
Before the sac brigade gets here (or, before more of them get here): *no, you dont need to dig the sacs out of steatocystomas.* They're coming back whether you take out the sacs or not, and trying to get them is often a foolish endeavor since they're so thin that they can be reabsorbed into the body. Cutting them out can leave dents and scars and discoloration. Frankly if I had steatocystomas, especially with as many as thuy's clients usually have, I'd prefer to have a single poke and squeeze on each rather than getting cut open and sewn up repeatedly all over my body, only for the steatocystomas to inevitably return anyway. Regularly draining the steatocystomas is a perfectly valid treatment option - I'm about 99% sure I recognize this client from other videos, and if she had a problem with the treatment she wouldn’t come back. Thuy is doing what she can, and is doing it well.
Thank you so much for this response!! I totally thought the sac had to come out, like Dr. Lee always does. If not for you, the rabbit hole I would've deep dived lolol TY again - you're awesome!! ❤❤
Perfectly and wonderfully said. For those disbelievers who think the sac should come out just watch Dr Popzit, as he says exactly what the OP has said too.
So good! Some tips from someone who also works with these a lot: 🥰 1. Squeeze multiple times, there may be pockets of others underneath that need a few squeezes 2. If you're able to get them empty, the body is more likely to absorb the sack and it will never return. 3. Going through with a pen before and marking where they all are makes it easy to pick them out and not have to search for them 4. Have tweezers because sometimes a clump of hair will stick out the bottom, its good to pull those out

This one was great, one of my new favorites! Really interesting to see how both the drier ones and the explosive liquid steatocystomas aren’t visible by the naked eye on her. Nor does she have obvious old marks from popping these previously. She must have a great healing ability lol. Hope to see more from this client
Awesome Butter Bombs! (My name for steatocystomas). There were melted butter bombs, whipped butter bombs, old butter bombs, new butter bombs…. How fun is it to say butter bombs?! 😜
Eeeh, I knew the 'you have to remove the sacs or they come baaaaccckkk' crew would be out in force on this one... No, you don't have to do that there is NO guarantee they will not come back and who wants to look like Gwynplaine after it all with the scarring?
Ok, so you have heard about Dr. Lee, our Dr. Pimple Popper state side. Havent seen a good juicy Steatocystoma popped for a bit now. These were lovely, especially one of the later Super Squirters... Great Job Thuy!!! I honestly enjoy watching you the most! Thank you for sharing!❤
Great job. The only thing I have seen before is a technique where she did a second very deep squeeze with fingers far apart and in many cases she got equal what the first squeeze pushed out. These tend to come in clusters and at times you can get out huge amount from one that is below the first. These were really huge amounts. Good job for the cluent
I’ve never seen steatocystomas so full before! Those were huge!
Same!
Because the sacks are never taken out so they fill up bigger than ever. That's why MDs need to do this not spa workers.

Trying to remove the sac on clients with ethnic skin leaves dark areas that are unsightly.
