Processing Milky Oats (and other latex plants)

In this video, i am demonstrating how to properly process Milky Oats (Avena Sativa). This same process can be used for other latex plants such as Wild Lettuce. It is truly as simple as pulverizing your plant matter into your menstruum, but there are some more valuable tidbits in here.
Milky Oats are very unique as they can only be harvested for use when fresh, and only during the 1 week out of the year they are preparing to seed. It is then that they produce the yummy white "milk", "sap", or "latex" that is full of vitamins, minerals, trophorestorative, nervine properties.
