I'm 45% through SWE have you taken D280 intro to Javascript? If so any tips for a new learner? I can understand basics of JS but don't have methods/syntax completely memorized.
hey alex. are you aware of any good hack-able universities with that accept international students? WGU does not. i was looking at TESU/CSU. i want to go for a bachelors in comp sci.
I'm halfway through the Business Admin:IT Management degree and now I'm hearing people in IT saying they're all being laid off, their jobs are being outsourced and the field is dying quickly. Also network engineers are saying their jobs especially are being outsourced due to AI and Cloud and not to even go into it. I was wanting to go for my CCNA after my degree but if my degree won't even help me get a job in a now dying field, what are we all suppose to do?!? Hate to be political but if Harris becomes Pres., how are ANY of us supposed to get decent jobs when she says she'll tax home owners and unrealized capital gains??
People are being exposed for their lack of effort after covid finally. This doesn't mean you'll have to overwork yourself. It just means you perform as you are required. Many of these people getting laid off dont do much.
Welll first of all u ain’t getting a job with a it management degree as it doesn’t even prepare u for the field and to address the other part. I like to perform from an abundance mindset. Things are changing but the sky isn’t falling.. things are just competitive
@@cj2k867 Yes it does, because you have to take classes for the A+ plus a Network class along with at least an SQL intro class. Its a business degree built for being a Project Manager in the IT field. It's at least a foot in the door to get past HR and get an interview.
Honestly, you should try getting a Stats degree or a enginnering degree like EE. Electrical enginnering will look good on your resume and stats is very versitile
50% through the Software Engineering degree. Your videos have been a great help, thank you.

Did you pass cloud foundations and Business of IT???
@@EmpireOfNerds I have not taken that course, I think I am doing it next. I just finished the 2 assessments for web developement.
@@Enzo__2180 I have't started any of the cert classes yet.
02:25 meant to say in-person school*
These days,a CDL can get you further than a 4 year degree. Unless its nursing or engineering. It's a lot cheaper and quicker.

I'm not sure about your track but I couldn't get a help desk job with an associated in web dev. Try your luck and that should tell you more
