      When you pick it up and put it down in the exact same spot you're looking underneath it. to see how charred it is. U put it back in the same spot because it wasn't charred enough. and you move them around because the grill has different temperatures in different spots.

    I have heard the opposite is correct. Turn the meat regularly to keep the juices in. Theory being it reaches the bottom of the meat and you flip before it drips, then it works it's way down again 🤷‍♂️

    I like how Joe called out to all the "other men" there as if there was more than just Peter and Cleveland (who was in the pool)
    It's doubtful that either Chris or Stewie would help, and since they aren't traditional "men" like this scene calls for, it wouldn't be them. Same with Brian. And for Joe to ask Cleveland to do it would be weird, since he's in the pool. But I suppose a man's duty never rests.

    Grill to 500 degrees > burners down to half > put burgers on > quarter turn after 2 min > flip after 2 more min > quarter turn after 2 more min, apply cheese > remove after 2 more min
    But don't forget to have someone tell you this every time while standing over your shoulder, its the grilling equivalent of snapping the ratchet strap and saying "That's not going anywhere"
