Just found you and I just love your videos. I also watch k3n and doing the 52 weeks journal. I also watch Marion’s world. I have subscribed and look forward to watching more of you. ❤
I believe that utube is going toward better content such as "Marion's World " and "K3N Cloth Tales" where we the viewers enjoy being taken into the home with a personal chat while learning new crafts. Or that is how I feel. ❤
Yes I agree - this trend has made it easier for people like me to feel more confident about making videos. I like to see and hear real people and not things that are over-produced! Really appreciate your comment 🥰
Happy belated Birthday. I turned 71 this pass March. I love your videos and your style, I do very similar things, especially 'rusty' things. I would love to hear more of your writing. PS- I follow K3N and Marion's World also. (Doreen, upstate New York)🙃
Hello, I have must found you and I have watched three videos already, you are a very talented lady. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely projects with us. I watch Marion’s World and K3n too, they are fabulous. Now I have your videos to watch now too. Take care, Love Bella
Just found your channel enjoying the content. I also watch Marion’s World and K3n Clothtales and have learnt so many crafts. What I find difficult is there is only so many hours in a day. I would love to hear your poems. Happy Birthday ❤🇦🇺🦘
Thanks for sharing your wonderful work. I discovered you in your post on k3n clothtales. I am also doing her weekly pieces and loving it. I absolutely love your work. Today is my birthday and having found you online is a lovely gift. What is even better is that I live in Launceston. Hope to see you soon ❤
I just found your youtube channel and love what you do! I do love vintage looking projects, and pieces with lots of texture. I took an online class during COVID to learn about all the stitches on my sewing machine, and loved doing couching best. I made a “row by row” quilt once and just had to take it a step further by embellishing on each row to add realism to the fabrics, which I enjoyed doing immensely! In more recent years I made a fabric-paged photo album honoring my mom after she passed, tried thread painting with my sewing machine, and enjoyed all these art forms very much. So now, after hearing your story and seeing your work, I am asking myself why I haven’t pursued this sort of thing more! It’s my most favorite kind of work to do with fabric, yet I do other kinds of quilting and sewing most of the time. You have sparked my interest again, and are “inspiring” me to do what I remember as being the relaxing, soulful, and creative processes I enjoy the most!
Love watching your videos. I think UA-cam pointed me in your direction because I recently found k3n. I was an art quilter for years, and now I do small fiber art pieces, 4x6 inches. I heard you say you make your own paint, which reminded me of a favorite video. Do you know Jonna Jinton? She's in Sweden. She has a UA-cam video called "How I make paint of earth pigments." It's a great video, well worth watching. Jonna and her husband also have a jewelry business. Happy birthday, #70! I'll be 77 in August. Take care, Jean
Thank you Jean! Working small sounds great - about postcard size I think. I will follow up your suggestion about the artist in Sweden; sounds interesting! 😊😊
I am one of your subscribers. (From Sri lanka ) Dear sister really I am enjoying your vedios and your art of doing things. Thank you very much for shearing these vedios
I made a necklace from Marion's demonstration...I love it. I will have to make another. Your necklace looks very organic and beautiful ❤ a good idea to make some for sell to those without skills to make.
Thank you for sharing what you're doing at the moment. Your plans for the future sound very interesting and something I could possibly do when visiting Tasmania on holiday. Happy birthday 🎂

@@janebaxter841 - thanks so much! However I’ve run gonerustic as a business for 21+ years so it’s too late, I’ve already gone ‘professional’ ! 😉🫢
