I’m doing a lot of research on trying to get this job and I’m 23. I’m going to practice and remember that they love when you say “your a kind person who’s a hard worker and does great with team work” your reliable and full of energy. 🤞🏼
I was one of the best employees in customer services at MULTIPLE locations Georgia… Got called in when hard customers requested crazy stuff. People person and all that. I was that encouraging person in the midst of BS. Started at 18…they all loved me…. But a few hated and was jealous because of my spirit. I went from the kitchen to front of house to being head over ADP (Additional distributional points) I went out in the Chick-fil-A van and sold Chick-fil-A menu items. I then went over to be head over the catering department. Got free gift cards over $100 when I made high sales…. Got invited out to free dinner with one of my managers. But y’all…. It ain’t worth the money unless you become a strong ambassador and you make Chick-fil-A a career!
$9.50 per hour... that is low for CFA. It shouldn't be about if your young & live with your parents. You need to save money for your future. They need to pay you right & most fast food now a days pay at least $13 per hour.
Great video, sir! I admire your dedication and commitment to Chick-fil-A. I have a few years on you. LOL!!! I’m in the final stage of becoming a Kitchen Director at a location. I just completed my first two interviews. I meet with the Owner/Operator this Friday morning at her new location. I’m very excited. Blessings to you and your future with CFA. 👊🏾

LMFAOO I remember watching this video three weeks ago when I had my chick fil a interview, I got the job & just has my orientation a few hours ago 😭. This video helped me a ton!! I have my training in a few days!
I have an interview in Wednesday at Chick-fil-A that's new and is gonna open up soon. I hope I get the job 😭 Update: I GOT HIRED AT THE SPOT YIPEEE! So basically, the hiring manager asked me questions such as tell me about yourself, why Chick-fil-A, why I wanna work, my strengths and weaknesses, how I would describe myself and my family and friends describe me, etc. Then after that, another person came (I believed it was the operator) came to give me an interview with similar questions the hiring manager asked me but more in depth. He also asked questions about my experiences such as describe a time where I used empathy, a time where I had to work with someone I didn't get along with and how I manage to do so, who inspired me, if a customer was upset about something, what would I do about, etc. An answer I remember I had in a question (which is about a time I used integrity) was when I was waiting for a line for something and there was someone I already know that was waiting there which lead me to wanting to skip cut in the line by being with them. But I decided not to because there was already people waiting in the line and I don't want them to wait more and that would be unfair and inconsiderate of me if I cut in line. Also, when I answering the interview questions about my experiences, I told them that I used my last experiences to improve to be a better version of myself and I always try my best to be the better version and they really liked that answer. I also had my second interview the day after my first and its just sending important documents for the I-9 form and me giving the head leader my work permit. So yeah, I got hired at the spot at my first ever interview and I hope this helped! Also don't forget to do eye contact and smile but not too much! 😁 Another Update (11/14/22): I got fired because I was cussing twice when I got stressed with bagging. 😭 If you guys want to keep working on Chick-fil-A or any job in general, don't cuss at your job no matter if you're stressed out or not‼️

cause different stores are owned by different people and sometimes if ur right about to turn 16 then they’ll hire you but i had about a year left before i turned 16
