Vetusta morla the best band of the last 10 years. I'm not saying it. Spanish critics and awards say so. And they tour Europe, South America and the USA. It is the best live group there is. when you see them live it looks like a studio. their songs are made to be enjoyed in concert. The stadium seats 15,000 people but in the image it seems smaller.
Well, to be honest the best bands are extremoduro and Marea, but vetusta morla are awesome, you should try to listen de vetusta morla - maldita dulzura with orquesta sinfonica de murcia.

I mean, I can totally see Thom starting this out on the piano with Johnny doing the muted string effect on the guitar while Ed starts the arpegiated part on the other guitar.... Bass and drums come in and then Thom has a vocal tone very similar to the one the singer uses here
