    Great video. 30 yrs old is very very young. The older runners control the mental and nutrition/hydration better. We have mental strength to embrace the pain cave and know how to handle it. The mental strength is very important especially in the longer distances. There is lots of discussion about this may be the reason women win ultras outright not just their own division. Some experts think it could be due to child bearing and ability to withstand more pain.

    I agree core stabilization is the key for running faster and economically i would add... and as usual I like as you entertain in your video and not only the content which is super valid of course... keep going with the good work!

    Another amazing video! Thanks for sharing, great advice, im not overly keen on strength work but it's becoming a fundamental part of my training now after all the injuries! Also good to know 30 isn't old 😉 I'm just coming into that age bracket 🤣
