Amazing clip, dear Stephane! I missed those clips of yours, dear friend! You got me on this one, just changed the age group to 40+, hehe. Thanks for this clip mate! Best wishes!
Great video. 30 yrs old is very very young. The older runners control the mental and nutrition/hydration better. We have mental strength to embrace the pain cave and know how to handle it. The mental strength is very important especially in the longer distances. There is lots of discussion about this may be the reason women win ultras outright not just their own division. Some experts think it could be due to child bearing and ability to withstand more pain.
Hey Richard, you make some really good points! For ultras, mental strength during a race is everything, once your body is betraying you... Super interesting regarding women and ultras! Thanks for watching.
I agree core stabilization is the key for running faster and economically i would add... and as usual I like as you entertain in your video and not only the content which is super valid of course... keep going with the good work!
Really good video again, Stephane! Bit painful to watch though now that I’m injured again (even though I’m still only 27, lol). Also: your special effects are getting better by the week 😅
Another amazing video! Thanks for sharing, great advice, im not overly keen on strength work but it's becoming a fundamental part of my training now after all the injuries! Also good to know 30 isn't old 😉 I'm just coming into that age bracket 🤣
Excellent information. 50+ runner here and still improving but on a rollercoaster ride
Thanks for the comment! You're a beast Marcel...

Thank you!
I'm with you on everything you covered including the greying beard, lol. Good stuff Steph. Subscribe people!
Haha! Thanks Sage! Next step is the whitening beard I guess...
@@SafeMotions I hear whitening your beard will increase your speed by 20% and make you a beast in the bedroom.
@@TrailSage Let me make a research-based video about this! Wait. Maybe not...
