Beautiful Bread! Japanese bakery making 100 kinds of bread since midnight.

This time we visited Bon Lune in Anjo City, Aichi Prefecture. The bakery is so popular that some customers visit several times a week, especially for its delicious croissants and bagels. In the open kitchen, breads are made one after another, and the store is filled with a delicious aroma. There are breads in the shape of animals to please children as well as breads for adults, and I was impressed by the customers happily buying bread with their families. The croissant I purchased was very crispy and very tasty.

Why do they bake the croissants so dark? They look almost burnt! I would not ear any bread cooked that dark. Thats just me......
